Kickstarters believe in giving back, so when the universe calls out for us to do a bit more, we pay our team for volunteer hours to support the causes that are dear to them.

Kickstart supports each person’s personal desire to make the world a better place, whether that’s volunteering at local chapters of Moms Demand Action, keeping a talented student in music lessons, running the Book Festival, encouraging kids to participate in the Community Heros Day of Giving, rescuing orphaned wildlife at Gold Country Wildlife Rescue, or helping out the elderly.

Our team also provides pro bono counsel and services to various organizations including the Collateral Repair Project (CRP) in Jordan (grassroots efforts providing assistance to refugees and other victims of war and conflict) and St. Vincent's Santa Barbara (low-income and family support programs). Over the years, we have also worked with organizations such as Conard House in San Francisco (community-based services for adults living with mental illness), Abilicorp (disability-focused employment firm). Landing a story, creating content, or building a social feed to help spread awareness for these organizations makes us just as excited as seeing a client’s name in the Washington Post.
